LIFE OF PRAYER : A continuous relational flow of love that awakens & energises us!
Prayer is not a responsibility but a response to being loved by God. It is a conversation within the union of the Trinity, who are Love, that is unbroken and unspoilt by time or reality. In these sessions we shift mental gears so that our prayer engines cruise on the freeway of the Spirit without needing to grind to a halt because we think we are running out of steam. When our every breath becomes the fuel for agreement and synergy with God, prayer becomes a flow of power that keeps us humming happy. Some of the fun topics will include flipping trials on the heads and turning life’s greatest challenges into catapults for propelling us into the most welcome of futures. Praying together for each other can be the most fun of all! Join us in praying without ceasing to be loved!
LIFE OF PRAYER is the first CREATE School module in our 2025 life of legacy series, proceeding this are Life of Leadership, Life of Worship and Life of Encounter.

SESSION 1: RESPONDING TO LOVE
Prayer is a result and a response to God’s ability of loving. There is so much more to prayer than seeing God as the emergency response to man’s desperate need for help. When the responsibility from us as the advocators of change shifts to the Lover of mankind moving His body- we awaken to Love that rouses passion in us as a lover would and turns our attention to a continual flow of supernatural normality for all who believe. These conversations within the Father, Son and Spirit will alter in intensity from moment to moment and day to day and our joy in participating in the ebbs and flows is what makes prayer a sustainable power source. As it is with them - let it be with us!
SESSION 3: PRAYER EXTRAVAGANZA
We are encouraged to pray with “all kinds of prayer” and these are the best kind! Variety is the mother of ingenuity and training another muscle means the whole body can benefit! The power of asking with expectation of receiving is a great prayer stance as is thanking God for the things WE KNOW HE WANTS TO DO BECAUSE OF WHO HE IS! We will look at written prayers, sung prayers and announcing good news to not so good realities and to steading a prayer course when we see no apparent answer. When we engage in the kind of prayers that energise us, we discover more about how we are created and in doing so increase in courage. All these prayers are powerful and effective when the righteous pray with the God kind of one mind!
SESSION 2: WARFARE OR FARE WAIVE
In this session we will address some hot topics with much needed attention: What or where is warfare and what is our stance? What or who is opposing us and how do we engage healthily? Are angels and demons involved at all? Is it possible to succeed with less effort and why is humility key? Reducing stress: prayer points or pressure points? Is there a prayer log book or a spilling bowl of answered abundance? Do some prayers have time release on them and what prayers have been fulfilled by virtue of what Christ accomplished? What should we do regularly for a powerful life of prayer? Brace yourselves: These topics may have you reeling with revelation and joy!
SESSION 4 : CHRIST THE INTERCESSOR IN US
In this session we underline the value of being marked by Christ and how it transforms our attitude to time and transitions. Our aim in this session is to remove any remaining guilt we may be carrying for unfinished business on earth. The power of true intercession is the interception of Christ before time and those who live in the reality of His continuing victory are marked by the glory within them. Christ the Intercessor endues us with the impetus of His intention and we learn the rhythms of grace not the grind of duty. The possibility of God rests securely with Him and our security rests within Him: making trust the most powerful commodity of this age: God the Rock of Ages! Be prepared for a load shift that will make you cruise at an altitude of relief.
