Week 5 Issachar’s Sanctum
Issachar- meaning: ‘the Lord is our recompense’ and ‘his reward will come,’ is one of the tribes of Israel best known for the governance of wisdom. In order for us to have dominion in this life, we face the challenge of not being quarantined by difficulty nor paralysed by the fear of failure. This inner sanctum of wisdom is made of solid pearl and it is there that we learn that Jesus repaid the debts no human could afford and has given us everything that we cannot live without. Learning to receive is a learned skill and we will explore what it looks like to walk life in divine partnership rather than fierce independence. We will look at the symptoms of a debt or entitlement mentality and why neither of them work. We all desire understanding for the times in which we live and how we can best respond and this session will help navigate us through the relational route of God’s great reward.
Sages & Seers
Woven intrinsically into the fibre of God’s society are His ecclesia - a tribe of holy lovers so flexible in the ways of God, that they confound the powers, rulers and wisdom of this world. Coming from a paradigm that trusts Him above all else, these wise ones are invested in drawing from an eternal source in order to bring solutions to a transient world. By equipping sages and seers to see possibility above calamity, we release the artillery of Hope! The result of unveiling divine provision is wild and glorious - opening us up to realms filled with angel armies and emptied of selfish ambition. Our desire is to highlight discernment, develop faith and release the glory archived for this day. An adventure of endless and joyous proportions await us!
